If there's one thing I like as much as I like movies, it's reading about how the movies I like are made. I'm a sucker for "Making of _____" books, or books featuring annotated scripts, or anything else which might offer me juicy behind-the-scenes info about favorite films. Hey Dayton, I have two British Film Institute little books (<100 pages each), one on Blade Runner by Scott Baukatman and one on Terminator by Sean French. I've read (translation: I skimmed it at the library) the one on Blade Runner, but I've not see the Terminator one.

When they're done well, they can be a lot of fun. I like them for favorite TV shows, too, but it seems like a lot more of those are cheap quickie books looking to cash in on the popularity of the show, rather than being written by anyone possessing any real insider knowledge.
