Things that I have learnt this week..
x That under no circumstances should an old friend be told that you have liked them for a while. The reason for this being that said boy will reply, 'Are you drunk?' When it is very clear you are stone cold sober. Feelings will be hurt.
x That opposing common conception, 'Geisha' means artist, and not prostitute. Stupid westerners that we are.
x That I would quite like to be a Geisha.
x That learning the guitar is damn hard and something I will be proud of when I accomplish it.
x That certain people can be left behind quite easily, because you never meant much to them anyway.
x That the 'Artemis Fowl' series is very addictive.
