Shelter from the Storm
It was dark out when I woke up, and I thought that it was early. It was almost 1 PM. Light rain out.
I have a Butterball of a cat (Mimi) on my lap. I told her on Thanksgiving to watch out, or someone might think that she's a turkey.
Trying to decide whether to run out and pick up Zara's meds today. Feeling like staying home, but I'd have to get up early during the week to pick them up if I don't get them today. Need to get with it.
Whoa. Thunderstorm. Serious rain. The Weather Channel says that there will be rain the rest of the day, and it will turn to snow overnight. Maybe I should stay in. There just was a thunderclap that shook the house.
Took a nap. I didn't wake up in time to get Zara's meds, so I'm staying home. Had a bite to eat.
Made meatballs. I'm planning to make spaghetti later.
Whoa. The water company called and said to not use water due to a power outage at their plant. So much for washing the floors. The Weather Channel is now saying 1 - 3 inches of snow tonight.
Studied Spanish.
I was about to make spaghetti when I remembered that we aren't supposed to use water. so I popped in a frozen dinner. The water company hasn't lifted the ban yet. Watched Silicon Valley while I ate.
