Good Things Come to Those Who Wait
I feed the girls dry food before my breakfast, eat my breakfast, and then feed them canned food. Mimi always chows down on the dry food, but Zara waits for the canned food. When I feed them canned food, Mimi always goes "Meow! Meow! Meow!" and then I give her the food, and she goes, "Eh. I'm not hungry.". That's because you filled up on dry food, you goof! Now Zara is eating Mimi's canned food. Good things come to those who wait.
Took a nap. Ate lunch and put clothes in the dryer. Discussed what I should bring on Thanksgiving via text message. (Wine!)
Zara has to check out what I eat. We're still working on the "my food is mine" concept. I was eating a cookie and told her that she wouldn't want it, but she had to check it out for herself.
Wrangled the lamp into my car. Got it into the house after some hassle. I'm not sure if it'll add enough light or not. Need to test the Web cam.
Ran errands. Checked out a new store that has opened up. Found a sweater that I liked, but it didn't fit me. Probably just as well.
Bought two bottles of Moscato to bring on Thanksgiving. At first, my friend said that two would be enough, but then she said, "Maybe three...." So I'll pick up another bottle on Wednesday. Need to clean out the refrigerator to make room to chill them.
My plans for tonight are to work on my portfolio. Oh, and study Spanish. x-posted from Dreamwidth
