I'm sitting in the kitchen with Mimi on my lap, and I was thinking that it's really drafty in here, and I should get one of those things that you put in front of the door. Then I realized that the ceiling fan was on. Oops. I still should get one of those door things.

I was looking into books about the keto diet, which basically is low-carb. That's what that guy is doing, and he's lost 70 pounds thus far. He's a regular guy, not a celebrity.
