Friday Is for Errands
Freaking frigid this morning. 41F and windy. Luckily, I have a leather jacket that's pretty warm. And I'm wearing layers. It's warm in here, although I can't figure out how to reset the thermostat. It's staying between 66 and 68.
Got most of my errands done. I got an itemized receipt from the dentist, and made an appointment to get more work done. Got my car registration renewed and changed my address with the DMV. Tried to get the zippers on my jackets fixed, but the alterations person said that it was "impossible" to get long zippers. I wonder if I could get them online. My advisor at Heartland was out sick, so I made an appointment for next week.
Came home to eat, even though I'm craving a mushroom and swiss burger. Go me. I need to get ingredients to make one at home.
I need to make a grocery list and go to the store. I'm not feeling much enthusiasm for going back out though. There's something to be said for unpacking now and going later, although Aldi will be closed.
