Pajama Day
Today was one of those days in which I spent the day in pajamas. It was a dark and rainy day and quite appropriate for pajamas.
The landscaping guys will be here tomorrow at 8:30 AM. Ack!
I was out of caffeinated soda, so I got a Kroger order. They had only three bottles of soda though. Oh well.
The weight loss coach is still kind of annoying, but knowing that she will see my weekly weigh-in does help with accountability. I lose weight to spite her. Whatever works.
Non-nappers don't get naps. Both my life coach and weight-loss coach are dubious about my naps. My life coach wanted me to skip the one at lunch, and I said, "No way!"
I got wallpaper for my iPhone that shows what the weather is. Right now, it's showing rain, and it is indeed raining. It was fun hauling in my food in the rain.
The cats were a couple of hours late for lunch. Then they showed up at the same time. I think that hearing me talk to the weight-loss coach woke them up. Or they were plotting :)
I put a countdown to retirement widget on my phone. I spent some time installing more apps on the iPhone.
Hmm. I’m looking for a bag to put my electronics in so that I can just pull them out at the TSA. I haven’t found what I’m looking for yet. I wind up juggling stuff (laptop, Kindle, phone, and oh, my bag of liquids). That’s a lot. I ordered some jumbo plastic storage bags that might work. I had to order a whole box, but that’s better than Amazon, where I had to order three boxes.
I went downstairs and tried the rowing machine. The machine itself is great and works very smoothly, and I've missed rowing. But the counter thingy that says how far you've gone is missing! I just texted the company. And bah on the guys who put it together and didn't mention it. I'm wondering if I should get a used tablet to use for exercise. I like the Microsoft Surface Pro because it has a thing on the back that props it up, but I'm hesitating over the price. Oh, and part of the basement that I didn't realize flooded flooded a little. This house.
Did some dishes. I'm thinking that I should go to sleep soon because the guys will be here early, and I don't feel like taking a shower now.
