Election Day
Woke up around 8 before my alarm. Mimi came over to lie on me.
Filled out the paperwork for my sleep study. Bought a pair of new-to-me jeans and a "Mexican Baja" hoodie.
I dressed kind of stylishly because I was voting and because I need to do laundry.
Got the equipment for my sleep study. They want me to return it in the morning, so I need to get up early. Did my civic duty and voted and got my sticker :)
I played my old game of looking on Stitch Fix for something I like, in this case a Sherpa sweater, and looking on eBay for something like it a lot cheaper. I found a really cute sweater and bought it. I'm also looking at Sherpa jackets, but I have a lot of jackets, so I'm thinking about it. I found a used Columbia Sportswear Sherpa jacket that I really liked, so I bought it. I guess that'll be my birthday present to myself. (My birthday is on Saturday.) I also got a couple of cheap stylish cardigans at Nordstrom Rack.
Shopped until I dropped. I bought several frozen dinners, and shopped the deli for interesting soups and salads for lunch. It's definitely a cut above Ramen. I also bought some long-sleeved t-shirts to wear under hoodies and another pair of pajamas. Plus some cheap makeup at Dollar Tree.
My pet sitter wants to "borrow" money from me. I told her that I didn't have any.
Most of the state offices are going to people for whom I voted. Yay.
Started laundry. Started homework. Got one part of my program working. Now I need to do nighttime tasks and go to sleep because I'm having the sleep test. it doesn't sound very comfortable because I have to stick things in my nose. I hope that I sleep.
