Fingers Crossed
I crossed wires with the first landlord. He said "by 12," and he meant "at 12", and I got there at 10:30. I liked the place. It's bigger than it looks from the outside, and it's a quiet area. However, he wants to rent the unit out right away. There's a possibility that another one might come open soon.
But the house was perfect. I would love that place. It's on a side street with lots of trees, near downtown Urbana. I put in my application for it. We'll see what happens. No problem in either place with the cats.
Came home and worked on homework. I don't think that I'll get it all done tonight. Tried to nap, but couldn't sleep. Hey, my program is working! But I couldn't figure out the last problem, so I gave up and handed it in as is.
