Lack of a Nap
So much for getting up early; I overslept. I decided not to take a shower because I took one late yesterday and my hair looked okay. Italian went well, although my teacher was a little late. He was buying cat food! We did the exercise that I dreaded, putting scrambled words in a sentence in the right order, and it went okay.
I bought some music flashcards. I hope that they help my piano.
Tried to nap but couldn't fall asleep. Good. I have stuff to do.
Ran out to get more salad ingredients. I'm going to turn into an apple-spinach salad. (But it's so good!) Got everything that I needed at Aldi except for makeup powder, which I got at Walgreens. I also saw some sloppy joe's sauce, and that sounded good, so I picked up the sauce and some ground beef.
Now I'm cooling a bit. Ate dinner. Got the garbage out. Read an article in French.
Now I'm really feeling the lack of a nap. I'm thinking of going to bed early and getting up early. I've got dishes soaking in the sink (and a cat (Mimi) behind me).
