No German. Yes Python.

I went to schedule a new German lesson, only to find that my teacher is off for two months. She didn't tell me that. I guess that I could work on vocabulary on my own.

Dropped my box of donated books at the library and checked out more books. Bought almost all of Dollar Tree's stock of diet cola. Picked up Zara's meds. Picked up my grocery order. Realized that I forgot to get cash for mowing. I didn't want to back track (not that Lincoln's all that big), so I decided to go to the ATM near the highway and eat dinner at Steak and Shake.

Steak and Shake has cut their staff to the bone. You order and pay at a kiosk, even if you're going to eat in the dining room. You pick up your food at the counter and get your own drinks. You can then sit at a table if you want. Basically, they've turned it into your average fast food place, but they used to have dining room service. I ate too much and now have a stomachache. Maybe that will keep me from eating out (although these days, I almost never eat out).

I put away the perishable groceries, and I think that will be it for tonight. I really need to lie down soon. Maybe I'll lie down and read for a while.

Well, I didn't lie down. I'm looking at Python books because one of my classes in the fall will be in Python. I need to carve out some time this summer to review Python. Hey, the books are available online for free! Excellent! I do want to get some Python flash cards though.
