Soup, Beautiful Soup
Italian went well. There is one student who is really struggling, and at the end of the class, she started to ask the teacher how he thought she was doing. I got off in a hurry.
I'm trying to get the motivation to make my soup in the crock-pot. Okay, done. Also took out the frozen cod to thaw. I discovered that I have a ton of frozen chicken breasts, so I'm looking for recipes in which to use them. A Chicken Divan recipe made with cauliflower rice looks good.
Yesterday, I bought some new carbonated water that has citrus and green tea in it and has caffeine. I've been drinking it this morning, and it's pretty good. It has grapefruit in it, of which I'm not a fan, but the other flavors cut the grapefruit taste to make it palatable. And caffeine in the morning always helps.
Had a nice nap. The girls want to be fed and are restless. Fed the girls and they've running around and acting goofy. A quiet evening at home :) The girls are having great fun with the box in which my mom sent our presents. Maybe next time, she should just send an empty box!
Got the garbage out.
The soup smells good and is making me hungry. A little over an hour to go.
Completed some homework.
The soup was quite good and filling. I think that it's all that I'm going to eat for dinner tonight. I'm going to post while it cools down. Then I'll freeze some of it for when I feel like soup and stash the rest in the fridge.
