Random Thoughts (As If All My Entries Weren't Random Thoughts)
If you have any curiosity on what I do as a librarian, here's the front end of the new library discovery interface. I wrote the text for the instruction boxes. There also is a back end that I can't show you that we use to check books out and in, catalog printed books, and activate databases and eBooks. I spend most of my time in the back-end software.
Hmm. It just occurred to me that I could take a trip just to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and skip Knoxville and Chattanooga. Need to think about it. Though cases in Tennessee are trending down now. Found a campground, but they didn't have prices.
Looking into "car camping," and I'd need a propane stove. But I could get a used one on eBay for not a lot of money. I know what I want, a JetBoil Zip. Hmm, now looking at camping spots at Ferne Clyffe State Park. I think that I'd have to sleep in a tent though.
Made Hello Fresh Margherita Chicken Over Garlic Herb Spaghetti. It was good. I have to remember the recipe because it's fairly easy and I have fresh tomatoes and basil in the garden. I have a bunch of spaghetti that I need to use up too. I wonder if they sell garlic-herb butter?
Got to crash quickly.
