We received moms prognosis today.  She has 2 weeks - 6 months.  She will likely be released on Monday to hospice care.  The upside, is that she will be able to come home and spend her remaining time at home.  The grim reality.. She's coming home to die.  That's it.  I mean, there's no other way around it.

The odds of her being around next Thanksgiving, or the holidays.. Are about as slim as they can get.

And it sucks.  It just fucking sucks.
