yesterday my parents got into town on a mini vacation..they came and took mike and i to lunch on my lunch break..funfun.
i was really tired after work and didn't want to fight crowds at 4th of july festivities, so we made pina coladas and watched fireworks from our porch..it was nice.
today i worked from 7-3, then my mom and i went shopping for a bit. clothes! i didn't get very much, i was super tired. i came home and took a little nappy-poo. when firestorm got home, we went to my parents hotel and had dinner with them. intertaining as usual. the best was when cliff said that the chicken was "nothing but necks and assholes" to the waitress. oh, alcohol. once again i didn't get carded. i'm old.
