Dear Universe
I'm putting it out there that I would REALLY like to find my perfect apartment and move in the month of June. My perfect apartment will include:
*parking
*laundry onsite (or better yet actually in the apartment)
*built in shelving throughout
*lots of old victorian charm
*lots of closet space
*small spare room
*new carpet
*a living room separate enough from the bedroom that a crying baby won't disturb the other sleeping parent
*gas stove
*minimal stairs
My perfect apartment will not have:
*mold that grows on the walls
*ant problems
*loud or annoying neighbors
*a deadbeat landlord
Now ideally, I would this apartment will be in central or east Alameda. But I would settle for a quaint neighborhood on the north side of Lake Merritt or Claremont/Rockridge. Oh, and all for $1100 or less :)
There, I put it out there. Now let's just wait and see.
