I am trying to redirect my shoe lust toward shoes that I am actually allowed to wear, and since my foot has been seriously acting up (enough to make me afraid I will go to the podiatrist again soon), I suppose my dedication to keeping my bones made of bone and not titanium is renewed.
I am in love with
Alegria Palomas (in every color/style they have, I am not even kidding!). The have a "rocking" technology that makes it so your foot doesn't bend, which is PERFECT for my condition... except for the fact that they are $110... out of my price range, but maybe worth it in the long run so I can wear dresses and skirts again. Here is my favorite, but not practical one:
I am also pretty solidly (in my shopping cart!) in love with these
Keens made of recycled materials and rice papers:
And since I need a practical work shoe, I should also put that I enjoy this flowered
Hush Puppy:
I just wish the heel height were less.
Lastly, I may end up getting this
dowdy little number:
Shoe lust, shoe lust, shoe lust...
