Learning from Mutual Mistakes
As the saying goes:

In the first instance, we may not know any better. In the second instance, we should know better - but made the same mistake. This saying only applies when other people fooled us, we fooled others, or we fooled each other. Anytime we find outselves fooled, let's be careful.
