1. One of the funniest things I noticed, re-watching this scene, is that when Gaeta leaves, he address Adama as "Admiral"... and then looks at Roslin, panics at what to call her, and just leaves. He doesn't know whether to call her "M'am" or "Madame President" or "Laura"!
All and all, this scene is very Adama being "Gods, I haven't done this in a long time" and Roslin being "Yeah, I pretty much do this all the time now, so you should move down here because it's FUN."
2. Dad sings, Mom giggles manically; Dad is still smoking. There is cuddling. How are they so happy? OH. MY. GOODNESS.
3. A brief interlude - Roslin as Adama's cut man (cut woman?). I didn't really realize until now that it's her who's holding the water bottle washing his mouth out, and holding that ice pack to his head. HI GUYS!!!
4. In conclusion, it is the morning after and... I'm fairly sure Mom and Dad engaged in a small wake-and-bake situation. Dad is still so stoned that he forgets why he's been propped up in front of Tyrol (by Roslin, WITHOUT A DOUBT; I thoroughly believe that she was all, "You're going to make sense with him and you're going to do it right now, Mister"... and he takes another toke, and says, "What? Okay"). NOW FEATURING: LAURA ROSLIN, OPENLY GIGGLING.
