Anyone else seen -- nay, heard of -- this film, Caché? We Netflixed it (apparently, it's one of my mum's favorites from her snotty suburban film club thing), and... well, I hated it. omg, you still could think it is! I mean, the reason we Netflixed it in the first place was because my mother is absolutely in love, so. To each his own?

I love it too, but in a different sort of way than most films. If you want to looooove Juliette, try to find yourself a copy of Décalage Horaire which is just the hottest and funnest Juliette film I've seen in a fair while. Cache is awesome, but it's not so much a Juliette love fest as it is a piece of cinema that will probably influence the thriller genre for many years to come (sorry T. but I do think it will).

For what it's worth, I thought that one of the film's strong points was Juliette? The scene about "mutual trust" was fantastic.
