Politics: Could someone briefly summarize this article (Rove Reportedly Held Phone Talk on CIA Officer) for me? Because, I don't know, maybe it's that the caffeine hasn't quite settled in, but I couldn't understand a word of it. [I love the NYT, really, but sometimes their stuff is SO POORLY WRITTEN that I can hardly follow what the hell is going on.] Karl Rove was Novak's... second source on Valerie Plame? Eh?
Also, what scares me is that all of my updates about this come from Wonkette. So, to that point, is there anywhere that I could find a decent timeline of all this? Because, honestly, the rhetoric from both sides makes my head hurt. KARL ROVE IS A SAINT AND HE RESCUES KITTENS FROM TREES AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE! NO, HE IS AN EVIL WHORE WHO CONTROLS EVERY ASPECT OF THE MEDIA AND WAS CALLING UP EVERYONE IN HIS PHONEBOOK LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WOULD DISCREDIT JOE WILSON BECAUSE HE TOTALLY DISSED HIS BRO, W!!1

I didn't finish rereading OotP. That should indicate my level of caring. And yet, I'm still somewhat excited about the book coming to my door tomorrow afternoon.
