You know, as outrageous and appalling this proposed law is... let's think about this, here. Is this honestly going to pass? Honestly? I wouldn't be half-surprised if crazy shit like this gets proposed every single freaking day. It just so happens that a blog caught one such proposal.
And even if, by some weird stroke of evil, it did, isn't it in conflict with a fundamental right to medical confidentiality? And, unless I'm forgetting my Con Law degree from Law & Order, since that's from a Supreme Court decision... doesn't that mean the Court has to first deem forced privacy violation A-OKAY before we can even consider this stuff?
