Summer's coming and I'm the first one standing in line...

Well,

My interview at Bigfork went very well.  They were extremely friendly and encouraging.  I knew where I could have been better, so it was a nice first interview.  Hopefully it was not my last.  I was getting pretty excited for having a real job, however.  When I went there for my interview... 4 1/2 hours away... I went around looking at the shops and the housing just for fun.  I pretty much knew where we were going to live.  I just got excited for my next chapter in life.  I was excited to move into my own place, have a real salary, start paying off college, and just move on.  As Dan put it, it felt like we were going to make our start.  But it's ok.  If it wasn't meant to be than it just wasn't meant to be.  Maybe I'll get a second interview.  That would be great.

For now I just got a job at a mexican restaurant called La Casita.  It might be a challenge.  Different than DeToy's but the same skills, better flat pay, and hopefully better tips :)  Although we'll see how this split tip thing works.  I'm excited to start working there because I need something to do!!!  Too much free time makes me feel useless and stranded. So I'm excited to get a paycheck... and hopefully my check from the duplex.

Other than that, I'm excited for the sun to come out some more.  I'm excited to go to Florida in July.  I'm excited to attend weddings with all my friends.  I'm excited to lose this pesky weight.  I'm excited by life after college... finally.
