So the guy who sold my dad the boat...he's apparently going through a very nasty divorce with his wife. Although the title of the boat is in the guy's name, the wife still technically owns part of the boat, being that Virginia is a community property state. She has said that she will not agree to sell the boat unless she receives half of the $5000, but so far, the guy is not agreeing to that. I say that the cheating sonofabitch ought to give his wife the money for what he did to her. Hopefully we'll get the boat.
