Ok now I'm totally disenchanted with him. And I can't help but blame myself.
I received a text from him today, "I'm thinking Monday to hang out."
I responded, "Ok let me know specifics as you figure them out, like coming and going stuff. Awkward question, were you planning on staying, because that'd be cool too. Let me know."
He wrote back, "I probably won't stay, it depends on what's happening and what my parents are up to.
I responded simply, "very well."
Just about a half an hour ago, I wrote him an IM with best of intentions--to amuse him plainly and simply--with this link: nopantsday.com. He never responded and now he's since gone away. Sure, don't even give me a 'ha ha," or like a "hey what's up..." What the fuck, Dave??
What have I done... The worst of it is, to correct the problem, I have to pretend like nothing's wrong and that nothing about his behavior bothers me. This is the game.
