Writer in Dark-Land [yeah I am going all HORROR]
I rest and I rest and I haven’t started going full steam in what my daily life can turn into and yet I am always tired and sleepy. It’s not like I am going over the board with activities or maybe excessive thinking can also wear me out. If that is the case, I sincerely hope evolution has granted me a stress absorption mode to carry me through this year.
Anyways I notice a shift in my writing behavior. Harry- land used to be a utopia for muses of all sorts: fantasy, steampunk, dark, gothic, romance, mainstream and so on, until recently the dark side rebelled and now it’s pretty much under HORROR dictatorship. I don’t know why it’s like that. Perhaps all the zombie survival films lately, Garth Ennis or the demented comics and anime on the side ways, but I am going all dark this year.
PS: I am devising a special blog reading schedule to get back in swing with everybody else at least in reasonable chunks of time.
