I have a reason... ~The super Mega Happy Post On Drugs*
... to blog today and it's a big big reason. I actually had to post this one on Tuesday, but I was sooo sleepy from work and the gym, so I had to wait till now.
THE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS IN MY HOME TOWN HAS ACCEPTED ME IN ITS RANKS!!! YES! I will be studying International Economics Relationships, a very vague bachelor. Nobody knows what it is in its core, which is kind of hazardous, but after you finish it, you can find job almost everywhere from marketing to tourism to various companies that work with colleagues from different countries. It beats the crap out of most concrete studies, since it has bits and pieces of marketing, tourism, business, management and everything else. On the downside it’s rumored as the bitch for study. Pretty hard people say, plus math would be involved. Oh, how I dread math. Still, I am accepted and I will be at home, which is again bittersweet. Independence and living alone can wait. Quite frankly I am not ready for that yet and besides I need those four years to write and hone my skills, possibly publish something in between and so on.
In other news I have taken a week off from writing and it’s actually nearing its end. I am trying to percolate the ideas for the last chapters of my novel and I think I will change the story idea for the summer shorts. I still have no idea when I will be able to write and whether I will finish in time. My work has drained me completely to the point coffee doesn’t help and I can’t wake up at all no matter how many times the alarm screeches.
My best friend Alexandra, well one of my closest friends really, has been accepted in Holland and she is leaving the country at August 20th so we will try to stay in touch with her as much as possible until the 20th. Today we will be going to her amateur musical “We will rock you”. She works as an animator at a resort and has to entertain German tourist children. I am anxious.
And fitness and yoga finally show some pleasant effects on my body aka the sprites of muscles below the cuddly exterior I have been wearing
