Cosplay-along!

So, I somehow got the brilliant idea of doing a cosplay. I have no idea why. Actually, I do--I'm trying to figure out OWL projects for the HPKCHC, and one option is to create a coordinated set of accessories. I told some of my Rav friends and the cosplay-along is ON! for this January.
Now I only have to figure out who to cosplay.
The only person I can think of at the moment is Maybe Aqua from KH: BBS, but I could never pull off a shirt like hers. The white scarf and black socks are calling to me, though.
Edited 19-7: Playing video games does funny things to my brain. Tonight, I realized that I could use Lightning Farron from FF XIII (the woman in my icon). I could do a red stole, her black stockings, her gloves, or her satchel. Maybe I could even do her epic vest, if I felt ambitious enough :)
But I'm not sold on the idea yet.
