well... the good news...
At least Xavier, OSU, and the Bengals all won this weekend!
I had to listen to the XU game on radio, but it's better than nothing...

Rocky and I met up w/ my folks at BW3's for the OSU... and it was TOTALLY AWESOME! There were a few [stupid] Michigan fans there, who tried to get up in the OSU fans' faces whenever MU scored... but they were sorely outnumbered and outmatched whenever OSU scored, which ended up being a tad more...enough to win!

Mom and I received tickets to a musical at UC's CCM (College-Concervatory of Music) from my Great Aunt Mary Jo, who was unable to use the tickets. The performance was this afternoon, so we missed the Bengals game. Oh well. I can afford to miss a game in order LIVE bit! The musical was highly enjoyable! It was "The Pajama Game", which was written and performed on Broadway in the 50's. In fact, it opened less than 3 months after my mom was born :) It was a great story, and was very period-based. We both loved it! And we have to admit, for being "mere college students", as my husband pointed out, these "college students" can SING! Not to mention act and dance! (at least for the most part... but no details)
I foresee several of the actors and actresses moving on to Broadway, and perhaps beyond!
