Yes and no, I think we all have our moments of not being happy with ourselves, but for the most part

Once they earn my trust I fall quickly

Yes
6) Would you ever take someone back if they cheated on you?
It depends on who it was and how much they had cheated on me
7) Do you want children?
yes, I look forward to being a wife and a mother some day
8) How many?
Probably 2
9) Would you consider adoption?
If I couldn't get pregnant yse, but I'd really like to experience being pregnant
10) If somebody liked you right now would you get with them?
Given I'm in a relationship...that would be a no
11) Do you enjoy playing hard to get?
I've been told I play hard to get at times but I don't conciously do it so idk
12) Do you believe love at first sight exists?
I think there is puppy love at first sight which can develop, but true love at first sight idk...

Sometimes I think I totally am, but then I act the opposite. I really don’t know.
14) Do you believe that you can change someone?
I think it's possible to change a person, but in a relationship you shouldn't aim to change the person you're with
15) If you could get married anywhere, money's not an object?

Bad, I'd get too attached

Usually no, but sometimes it depends on what it is

I am completely in love with someone right now, and he definitely knows it

Yeah I have, but looking back I haven't regretted anything

I've had my heart broken, but I don't think I've broken someone elses heart

I'd probably just walk out of the room and then come back and yell followed by breaking down

If he doesn't want to be with me then his loss not mine, I'm not fighting over someone who would let me fight
