master of subtlety
There was a old dude checking out a girl today when I got off the bus. Well he was so old he had a cane and all, but he was taking out his camera just to get pictures of her.
It was mildly concerning. Of course she walked away pretty quickly and he tried to follow.
But his age and speed caused it to be relatively difficult to catch her. Maybe he was her grand father, or relative of some sort. But on my way home, I saw the girl again. She seemed alone, maybe the creeper left her alone.

Creeper or socially inept or master of subtlety? I don't really know what one would call this.
