i'm watching "boy & kris" through my slingbox.
Boy was talking about the achievement test that was given this year and how students from the provinces excelled in it compared to the ones from the national capital region. He said that some people think that schools in the provinces have lower standards, now, it's proven that it's not true. He asked a guy from the audience, who's from isabela, for his opinion.
He said, "Iniisip ng ibang tao na porket sa probinsya ka nagaral, mababa ang dekalidad. ngayon, dahil sa achievement test, malalaman nila na mataas ang dekalidad ng edukasyon sa mga probinsya"

Boy talked about having to ask permission from the DSWD to go caroling this Christmas.
He asked another guy's opinion...
The guy said "Dapat lang [na humingi ng permission] yung mga nangangaroling kasi naging tradisyon na yan dito pag pasko kaya dapat masaya yung mga bata..."
