We made (for the first time) Yum Cha style dumplings for dinner last night. So, so good. Next time might eat a few less however ( Read more... )

Kinda - I've been wanting to do them for quite a while now, this was just the first time I've gone 'hey, dumpling wrappers, hmmm ...'

Yeah :) I think that I even got the texture right (gotta love water chestnuts / wombuk / bamboo shoots)!

Yum. I want some. Or at the very least the recipe. :)

And your icon is highly appropriate. I would just like to say that I *love* that particular picture: when he bites into the capsicum he makes a face for a second like "oh dear Lord WHY did I just do that?!" until he remembers hey camera, must smile!

Or maybe it's just me.
