A plea to all of my f-list:
One of my best girlfriends since high school was in a car accident a couple days ago and is in the ICU at Baystate right now. Her brother was driving the car and was also injured, though I believe not to the same extent.
I love this woman very deeply and she is one of sweetest, most caring and gentle women ever. Please send out whatever energy/prayers/good wishes you can spare for her and her family. I know that she will be okay as long as there are people out there doing everything they can to bolster her strength. They are not allowing anyone but immediate family in with her right now, so I cannot be there to lend her strength in person, and this is all I can do right now to help her. Please, if you can, help me to do what little I can for the woman who has saved my life many times over.
