I'm a lyric soprano, can belt in the mezzo range, mostly crap for alto range, though I have been working on extending it. I feel pretty comfortable with most song subject matter, except for anything that assumes the character is overly sexy, if only because I always get cast as an awkward girl, so I feel self-conscious that I will be judged as not sexy enough for the song (neurotic, I know), so something like "When you got it, flaunt it", for example, would probably be out.
