-I swear I lead a very boring life which is one of the reasons I haven't updated much recently, my other excuse is being too lazy ha! I'm bored out of my mind so I figured I would try to update this old journal
-About the marriage of Renee and Kenny, I'm happy for them. I've been a fan since the very beginning, since 1994! I remember when I was working at Food Lion, a guy that was my friend at the time was a huge Renee Zellweger fan and I do mean huge, he watched every movie she was in and one night he invited me over and we watched Bridget Jones' Diary not once but twice and I been a fan of hers ever since. Then Cold Mountain came out and my admiration for Renee increased even more. Then I heard a week ago from Amanda that there were rumors about them two dating and I was happy. I don't know, i always thought if Kenny got married I would be sad and upset for some stupid reason, but when I heard who he was supposedly dating it actually brought a smile to my face. Then about 2 days later it was announced that they got married in a private ceremony in the VI and I was excited for them but got mad when the media wouldn't leave them alone. Obviously if you are going to have that private of a relationship and a private wedding like that, it appears that you don't want the media sticking their noses into it, sheesh. I have heard several people say they aren't Kenny fans anymore since he got married. Were they real fans in the first place. To me, being a fan means you stick with the person you admire through thick and thin, through happy and sad times and support them. Several people at worked approached me at work this week and told them how sorry they were and I shocked them when I told them I was happy for Kenny, that I'm glad to see him marry someone that is a genuinely good person. Those before mentioned people also kept dissing Renee and talking about what an "ugly duckling" she is, how Kenny could have done better. I would have to disagree. I think Renee is a very beautiful lady and very sweet, very down to earth. So yes, congrats to Kenny and Renee and here's to many happy years together!
-Speaking of Kenny, Amanda is predicting that our concert tickets for Cleveland will be going on sale sometime this week. I hope they go on sale on a day/time that Amanda is at home and online lol. I'm so looking forward to going to Cleveland, I really need to get away. Ever since I've had my surgery, there hasn't been a day that has gone by that I haven't felt exhausted. I have no idea why, I mean I was tired before but it was tolerable and now I feel more than exhausted. Oh well, I hope it passes soon.
-I'm not looking forward to work tomorrow lol. I have to do what they call "save on their sale" which means I go through every competitors ad and circle pharmacy items and mark the competitors lowest price down 5% which will be our final price for the week. It's not that it is a hard thing to do, it just is that it is so darn time consuming. I'm actually counting down to Thursday when I have my day off! The 10 and a half hours I worked today went by so slow, I hope tomorrow is just the opposite!
-I have some items to pimp. The first is Dave Matthews Band new CD "Stand Up" The CD is absolutely amazing as always. Go Dave and band! Next item is a lotion called "Jergens Natural Glow". I have been as pale as a ghost these past few years and then this product came out and I tried it, although hesitantly. Last time I tried a tanning lotion I looked like a orange striped zebra! But I have been using this time for almost a week and I have a nice tan color on my face and arms (the two main places I have been worrying about, don't need to worry much about my legs considering the only time I wear shorts is when I go to sleep!) But yes enough of that for now :)
-I'm watching one of my old favorites "Twister" It's been years since I have seen this movie so I think I will shut this entry down and watch the movie.
