Summary: Rainy days are bad for Soifon. Thankfuly, she has someone to dissipate the clouds.
Apollo
Soifon slowly flexed her fingers. Her arm was acting up again. Since the Winter War it hadn’t been the same, it would tingle or go stiff, especially in the cold rainy days.
She had grown used to the pain. The stiffness was infinitely more inconvenient; keeping her from executing the movements with the same dexterity.
Only days ago it was fine. The pain was mild, she could move it like she used to. Then the rain came, and with it all of the unfortunate consequences. She wasn’t pleased.
She looked through the window, blue eyes hoping to be reflected, but meeting only the tedious tint of gray. She sighed, closing the window and returning to her work.
The cold weather made her feel drowsy, and before she even considered going to bed she fell asleep with her head between her arms.

She felt something on her shoulder… a hand? It had better not be Omaeda, or she would kill him for disturbing her sleep. She opened her eyes slowly, coming face to face with one of her officers.
“Shinomori,” she said, surprised by her presence. She had left just two days before on a mission and was not expected to be back so soon.
The young woman looked down, seemingly embarrassed. Her golden hair covered her eyes.
“I… heard about the rain,” she said. Then, looking out the window, she smiled. “It was gone by the time I arrived, though”.
Soifon nodded, but she had another explanation for that. It wasn’t that the rain had stopped before Sakiko’s arrival; just that she brought the sun back with her.
