Oh my goodness, girl! This is evil and fantastic. Seriously. I just read through it twice.

Even Pascal is gone, and that just breaks my heart. The thought of it being too cold and him having to slink off to leave Rapunzel to her fate. Ugh.

Although the prompt should have led me to think Eugene wasn't really rescuing her, I totally believed he was. See rug. See rug be pulled out from underneath me.

So, so creepy when Gothel speaks there at the end.

Why thank you...Yeah, it was a bit angsty for me. I think it was my muse's way of making me pay for writing a shippy story earlier in the week.

Hey, I'm sure you were expecting to have Eugene save her because I'm not normally one to write evilly.

You know, this original idea was going to be one of my Big Bang stories. Then I decided it was going to be far too depressing and dropped the idea.

LOL, well, we'll have A Most Precious Treasure posted on the 11th. (Though if Manny gets through the edits faster, I'm going to switch the posting date to the 4th. The joys of being a mod! LOL)
