Something Corporate Lyrics. Only Ashes.
Piece by piece, and bit by bit
I'll break this down for you, real slow
But i can't whisper all of this
And i can't seem to let this go
So i'll watch the matches, turn to ashes
I'll watch the matches, turn to ashes
I can tell its your turn, i smell the sulfur so clear
And fire's a beautiful sound
And the wings that you burn turn to ashes my dear
And ashes just fall to the ground
Yeah we're only ashes
Part by part and inch by inch
You'll have your mile when its through
Incinerate whats left of this
And torch the part of me that's you
So i'll watch the matches, turn to ashes
I can tell it's your turn, i smell the sulfur so clear
And fire's a beautiful sound
And the wings that you burn turn to ashes my dear
And ashes just fall to the ground
Yeah we're only ashes
I can tell it's your turn, i smell the sulfur so clear
And fire's a beautiful sound
And the wings that you burn turn to ashes my dear
And ashes just fall to the ground
Yeah we're only ashes
Well, so much for my not updating.
TODAY.
Today was ok. No big deal. No small deal either. Just a day.
History: Slept through free class.
Maths: I Questioned the fact that the human race has been called intelligent.
Apparently 2-3 = 5 , and of course 4+6 = 9.
Oh and maths books tend to have 4 question 3's on one page.
German: We had that substitute teacher in today. She's really nice.
We had a ridiculous sing along in assembly. Mrs.M seems to have taken her "second in command status" to a WHOLE new level. Who the hell does she think she is? First it was the steps, then the stage, next she had her own table and chair and then it was standing beside mrs.c, now its morning sing along sessions! wtf?! she should know, as everyone does, that nobody has any real power over Mrs.C, no point trying Mrs.M, get a life like.
English: We had a very interesting class today. I'm loving English these days. King Lear is a cool play. Mr.E is really cool. She is so informed or something, I know she is a teacher, but in general she seems like the very worldly and wise type of person.
Religion: Laughing session. Well, no, laughing session from me as niamh tried to get the answers and I just tried to catch my breath from all the laughing.
French: Boring, crap, everything French normally is for me. I just can't do it.
Geography: Quite funny actually. She asked what the word for a mountain formation time was or something and it was Oregeny or something. And someone (and niamh it wasn't me!) said Orgy! And she laughed and was all like, "eh no, not orgy" . Then at the end of class, she came up to niamh and I and was all like, how are you too finding this class these days, and we were like, grand, everything is grand yeah, and then she goes, well when are you going to start working then?! lol it was hilarious, she was even laughing. So I'll have to start working in that class. Its ok though cos she knows we ain't the non working type in general. I just have to get my act together for her before Nov10 or I may die. Actually, she usually ends up talking to my mom about my outside school activities rather than anything else, so I could be grand on that one.
That is about all I have to say on here. So Auf Wiedersehen!
