This is absolutely exquisite, every word rang true and your take on Bob in particular is just fantastic. Please tell me you've written more, and if not, that you soon will be!

Thank you! Your words have left me a little breathless. I'm glad you think my characterizations rang true. I was really concerned that I was overdoing it with Bob, so I'm excited to read that you thought it was true to his character. I have written one drabble and a larger story called, "The Story's End" which you were kind of enough to leave me feedback for. Both stories can be found here. For good or ill, "The Story's End" has been revised somewhat from its previous incarnation. I'm thinking that I have one or two stories left in me, so if my muses cooperate, I will be writing more. Thanks again for writing me to tell me you enjoyed my story and for leaving such kind words of feedback! :D

I actually checked for your other stuff right after I sent that comment and then went, "OH right, that author, no wonder her Bob's so damn good." :)

Of course reading all the incredible fic that this fandom is already producing is making me a little scared to dip my foot in the pool myself.

Wow! You keep going and I'll never stop smiling. I'm about ready to light up the neighborhood as it is! ;D

I look forward to see what you'll come up with in the way of stories. Come on in! The water's just gettin' warmed up!

Heh, I dunno', I've got ye olde Hrothbert/Winifred backstory percolating and it's already up to novel length. I'm not sure that sort of thing should be encouraged ;)

It might change your mind if I mentioned it was a Dresden Files/Harry Potter crossover. Be afraid, be very afraid.

I will say that I know very little about the Harry Potter universe. I've seen several of the movies, but I only got up to the werewolf one -- no wait...I think I'm caught up. Okay, sorry about that, I *am* caught up with the movies. I read the first book, but haven't attempted to read any further, though I get the general gist of the rest of the novels.

Still, I'd love to read what you've come up with sometime. :)

You should read the books. Seriously, I resisted until about five or six years ago. Books one and two did little for me, but three was cool and four was great. I will warn you that five reads like bad fanfic (hopefully the film will be better) but six rocks the hizzouse.

The way I see it Bob was the Voldemort of his age. And if you love Bob's snark you will worship Severus Snape. The entire point for me of doing a crossover is to allow Bob and Severus to go head to head in snark. I just hope I'm up to the task :)

I will definitely have to try reading the books then. I know it has a huge following -- of course, I'd have to be living under a rock not to realize that. :D

Oh my gosh! Severus Snape and Bob together? Wow! I hope you finish it. Me? I don't think I'd ever have enough snark in me to take on such a monumental task. Just thinking about it boggles my mind. You're far braver than I. ;D
