New layout for a special cause: the end of WB's Angel. The layout has my favorite Angel character, Wesley, who's gone through Hell this season. Of course, Romeo is the only one who knows what I'm talkin' about, but that's okay. There are only 5 episodes left of the show and I plan to keep this layout until the end. And from the spoilers I've read

I did see "Origin" yesterday and I thought it was the best episode behind "You're Welcome [Ep. 100]". You know I've NEVER liked Connor when he was on the show before, but this episode changed that. This is the Connor we should have seen in the past. He was not annoying and very likeable. Yeah, I do believe Wes gave Connor back his memories [the ending implied that] and I liked that he went back to his new family to show Angel his appreciation for giving him a better life. Sometimes it's better to change the past [as Wes soon learned after his deed] because even if implanted memories are not real, they are better than reality. I also loved Illyria calling Spike "her pet". Amy Acker is kicking ass in this role and I love the voice change and her different mannerisms. I miss Fred, but I don't mind Illyria taking her place. Next week's episode looks great and I can't wait for that, but this episode was excellent and this just shows what a HUGE mistake the WB is doing in cancelling such an unique show. Bravo Angel.

I think "A Hole In The World" was the best ep of the season, followed by the 2 u mentioned. Next ep does look great. I wonder if they actually alter anything else with their time travel, we'll see. And yeah, Illyria has been great, altho its creepy as hell when she reverts back to Fred mannerisms, it gets kinda sad. The WB is just stupid, but Ive heard because of the petitions against its cancellations they are pitching Joss Whedon the chance to do as many as 6 movie events of Angel next year, which would almost be the equivalent of 12 episodes. For what reason they offer sumthin like that but don't renew it, just boggles my mind.

Yeah, I don't get the whole "6 movies" thing myself. Why not just let Angel do another season? Or at least a half-season to sort things out? Not so hard, is it? I guess the WB is becoming like FOX...too busy deciding which reality show to put in that spot. At least I got the OC to watch on Wednesdays in the Fall.
