My Tiger Cub Scouts have graduated and will be moving on to their next rank, Wolf. My assistant leader and I are throwing the boys a party. I want to do a slideshow of pics from the last year. I know the song I want biut I don't have Powerpoint or capabilities at hand. What's a cheap way to do this?
