I was wondering if there were rumors that way about Wagner. My mom had a friend who saw him holding hands with another man somewhere in South Florida in the 1960s or so.
I wonder if in the 60s it was a known thing. A couple of years ago I went to a celebration of Jimmy Stewart in honor of what would've been his 100th birthday. RJ and he were good friends so he emceed the night and this older woman turned to me and said, "I don't care what they say about Robert Wagner, at least he respects the older generation." And I was like, "What *do* they say about Robert Wagner." I guess I know: closeted murderer.

Walken was quite pretty as a younger man - quirky looking, but pretty. I can imagine either RJ or NW going after him!

Nathalie does seem to have been drawn to gay or bisexual men - James Dean, Nicholas Ray, Raymond Burr.
