What is that wussy Gossip Guy doing in a Smallville poster? Jeez, Smallville doesn't even get its own poster. Or is GG a member of the JLA?

I liked True Grit, I liked the Coen Brothers' version better than the John Wayne one. The Coen Brothers never have an ounce of sentiment in their films and that suited the Mattie Ross character and her narration perfectly. Mattie Ross is and should be the focus of the film and in their version, she is.

LOL! That I'm not. But I am consistent in my picture taking--I'm into desconstrution, the gritty and the dirty.
And that's my story and I'm sticking with it.
I liked True Grit, I liked the Coen Brothers' version better than the John Wayne one. The Coen Brothers never have an ounce of sentiment in their films and that suited the Mattie Ross character and her narration perfectly.
That's one thing that let me down. I know I'm always on about not having cliched endings, but I wanted a more upbeat ending for her. It is very unsentimental.
