~What has the

*Michael McKean gave an interview with Metromix about his and Annette O'Toole's favorite eateries. They love Poquito Mas in Westwood here in L.A.

Annette doesn't eat much, so she'll just order one little soft chicken taco. It's the saddest thing you've ever seen, but that's okay, she usually finishes it.

*ABC has been burning off their remaining episodes of "Dirty Sexy Money" and I've only caught two because ABC doesn't promote it and it's buried on Saturday nights. Luckily a flist-er had a post about the episodes that featured John Schneider so I was able to catch it. Schneider played a married Congressman who makes a play for Patrick Darling (William Baldwin) as does his wife. Turns out he and his wife are in an open relationship and they make a play for a guy to see which one the guy likes best. Patrick (well-meaning, but daft) goes for the wife with Schneider’s blessings and Schneider goes home with a nice young, blonde guy. The wife, funny enough, was played by Krista Allen who played Desiree Atkins on SV.

*Patrick Cassidy (Henry Small) is on the ABC Family series "Ruby and the Rockits" alongside his half-brother Cassidy. The show is executive produced by younger brother Shaun.

The Cassidys: David, Ryan, Shaun and Patrick

The show isn’t the best, but Patrick is the better actor of anyone on the cast.

~~The Television Critics Assocation panels were held this week. All that came out of the CW was a bunch of promo pics for their shows (but not SV or SPN. And now maybe Gossip Girl knows what it's like to a red-headed stepchild because their promo pic was a reimaging of a first season one) and Dawn Osftroff’s declaration that she’d like SV and SPN to continue. Of course she wants those shows to continue, whether SV has a ratings decline or not, it’s still a solid show as is SPN. She needs those two reliable ones. They’re like the nice guy you keep on a string because you’re in-between boyfriends and don’t want to deal with the hassle of meeting a new guy, but as soon as some new guy with a few piercings and a library card (which he uses. It’s not just for show!) comes along, you ditch Mr. Reliable. She’s using our boys.

~The other things that came out of the CW TCA

*This wasn’t just the CW TCA, but the TCAs in general: everyone’s makeup was jacked. No one was quite getting their tones right.

Rutina Wesley of “True Blood”

”90210”s Annalynne McCord

Sophia Bush

Honorable mentions goes to Channing Tatum, Beyonce Knowles, Lark Voorhies and Zoe Kravitz

Zoe isn’t so bad, just eclectic

I know one thing, I want her dad to continue posting his shirtless Twitter pics

Other TCA attendees

Jennie Garth and Peter Faccinelli. I follow Peter on Twitter (don’t judge me) and he hasn’t mentioned that they’re adding to their brood. Maybe it’s the dress.

Shanae Grimes of “90210”. She should’ve said “no” to the dress.

Darling Tristan Wilds

Jessica Lowdes or Stroup. I can never tell

The most beautiful person attending IMO was Katie Cassidy. Look at her!

Ashlee, she’s not Jessica Simpson. You need not to try to steal her thunder

“The Beautiful Life” executive producer Ashton Kutcher was on hand, still resembling Gale Harold.

Ashton still finds time to Tweet, model and be in bad films like the upcoming “Spread” with Anne Heche. Watch the trailer. Baaaddd

*Ashton was also there to say that Mischa Barton is at work and fine after checking herself into a psychiatric facility.

He should’ve said bad fashion choices does not reflect on her mental health

Promo Pics
Vampire Diaries

This is the grandson of Steve McQueen. Why so unattractive then?

The Beautiful Life and Melrose Place. “We’re too sexy and aloof to stand straight. We have to drape ourselves and lean over things and each other to withstand our sexiness.”

But “Melrose Place” will have an actual good looking male character on the cast, thanks to the hiring of Victor Webster who is assuming the gay mantle from Doug Savant.

The swag given were condoms and a flask. That seems about right for the CW demo. Teach those kids to have safe sex after they’re all nice and boozed up. And eat Skittles.

But this doesn’t beat Psych bobbleheads

*Other than Dawn O’s statements (The FutonCritic has a great rundown of the CW TCA)about wanting SPN and SV to return (she says SV has a lot of life left in it), and how the door is open for Michael Rosenbaum to return (TPTB’s arms must be tired from holding the door open for everyone: they door’s open for MR, it’s open for Grant Show and other alums to return to “Melrose Place”, it’s open to a crossover between MP and 90210), the only other thing that came out is a guest-starring role for Paris Hilton on SPN. Okay, maybe it didn’t come out at the TCA, but a day later. Paris Hilton episode five of SPN this season. But this is Kripke, he got this. Don’t worry.

The news sparked many gif reactions on ONTD (which now has a SPN tag) such as:

Not this

But this

For more details about this casting to end all casting, read this.
Chace is unhappy. Not so much about Paris, but that no one gave him a chance to take new pictures

Hillary: OMG, there’s Chace Crawford! I want him so badly.
Chace: OMG, there’s Hillary Duff! I want her shoes so badly. Be cool, Chace. Be cool.

Meanwhile Chad Michael Murray drinks coffee

And checks out women.

This really does prove the notion

Speaking of people in the Js lives, I can’t swing a dead cat (because that’s my thing, swinging dead cats) without seeing Joanna Krupa now. And being Jensen’s ex didn’t put her in my radar, but it’s the clip of her going off on football player Terrell Owens on some competitive reality show that did. She was ruthless. I can’t even find the full clip anymore where she tells him to shut up, but according to Lisa Leslie, basketball player and another competitor on the show, Joanna chewed him out for an hour.

Joanna Krupa..all natural…BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

~I know it’s gauche to discuss , but TV Guide released a list of the highest paid actors on T.V and Tom’s up there with $175,000 an episode. Not too shabby.

~*I had to do a "True Blood" marathon over the weekend because I'm taping this season for a friend. Overall I'm not really a fan, although I do like certain characters. I really like Jessica and Hoyt, Eggs is terribly, terribly terrific to look at and I'm all about Sam Merlotte (but that's only because I have love for Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips. Wayne could be Sam's brother). So what did I get out of watching "True Blood"? That Alexander Skarsgard was Meekus in "Zoolander". Who knew that people on ONTD are wetting themselves over Meekus (or Bootstrap Bill's son if you're a "Pirates of the Caribbean" fan)

He’s always been interesting looking

*I know Matthew Bomer is massively attractive, but I didn’t know he was adorkable too!

Matthew at the USA TCA for his show “White Collar”

*Still following the “Leverage” cast on Twitter even though I haven’t watched a complete episode this season. TNT Media posted this one Beth Reisgref

After all the times I’ve watched “Alvin and the Chipmunks”, I just now realized that she’s the woman in the grocery store that talks to Dave. You know that was Jason Lee’s idea; hooking his baby mama up.

Promo pics for Fringe and the "Southland" cast at NBC’s TCA

Chuck Cast

Why didn’t anyone tell me Kevin Alejandro is in this show?

~I have no expectations for "G.I Joe", but it has four things going for it: Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, cool sequences and it's not "Terminator Salvation".

Why is Channing wearing his wife’s blouse? Even Marlon can’t help but laugh.

*This is a poster for one of the characters

why doesn’t the US have the unmasked version? Asians are underrepresented in film here, they need to at least showcase those who are in U.S films

The whitewashed “The Last Airbender” cast (with the exception of Dav Patel)

~I'm a DC Comics girl through and through, but there's going to be a panel discussion at Barnes and Noble next Tuesday featuring Mark Waid, Chris Yost, Craig Kyle and Jeph Loeb. Jeph Loeb!! I have to go even if I don't know or care about any of the characters they will be discussing. Yes, even The Hulk. No, especially The Hulk. There's even an after-party at Golden Apple comics afterwards. I bet those Marvel hooligans will try to destroy the DC titles. It'll be nerd anarchy.

~R.I.P John Hughes. I'll watch "Some Kind of Wonderful" in your memory.
