Wasn't Common in that Ridley Scott/Denzel Washington/Russell Crowe thing, American Gangster?

I don't even remember the part he played, he was one of Denzel's brothers, it was so small... it was truly a shame.

And something I noticed, the SV and SPN sound crews share a lot of the same crew, so a SPN win would almost be as good as a Smallville win. Almost...

He was. And again, another movie where they kept talking about Common and I thought he’d have a huge role and nada. That could’ve been any guy in that role.

And something I noticed, the SV and SPN sound crews share a lot of the same crew, so a SPN win would almost be as good as a Smallville win. Almost...

I’m sorry, but I have to stay with SV. They have a winning streak in the Creative Emmys side, I want it to continue. SPN is always up for Sci-Fi website awards like the Geminis and Saturns. SV deserves this!

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Smallville win but they're the aging show here, not SPN.

Since, as miss_tress pointed out, they also share some of the same crew with ER, they will probably all three cancel each other out and some other show will get the emmy.

That stinks.

It sucks because Smallville never gets any love...

They should clean up in the artistic catagories every season, it's such a beautifully designed and photographed show, but they don't.

Oh, right... makes sense.

Probably means the award won't go to Smallville then, they'll cancel each other out.

I wouldn't say the win won't be for SV. When SV won in 2002 and 2006, most of those people were nominated for their ER work those years as well.
