I found the song!! Possum Kingdom by the Toadies. The phrase "do you wanna die" popped into my head a few minutes ago and I remembered it was repeated several times. I googled that and behold! The minute I saw 'Toadies' I knew that was it. I know it's about a lake and a guy murdering a girl, but I like to think of it as a vampire song for some reason lol. I love that song! I'll have to download it when I get home tonight. I can't remember what made me think of that song for the first time in years. Something I heard on the radio triggered my memory.
