Just wanted to drop a line and say hello to everyone. I miss all of you guys and can't wait to have the time to get back into LJ again.
I turn 30 this Wednesday (YIKES!!) and it's made me take a serious look at my life and situation. This week I will be meeting with a loan officer and talking about what she can do for me about buying a house. I even found one yesterday when I was out looking with my brother and sister in law. It's just DARLING. And it's only a couple blocks away from them. You can see it at: msp.themlsonline.com and typing in the MLS number of 3114973 in the Fast Finder box. I don't want to get too excited as my credit is not that good, BUT my uncle is willing to help me in any way he can. I believe he would cosign for me. Maybe that will help me get a house?
And then I'm meeting with my brother and his wife's financial advisor. I'm going to get a handle on my budget and get an IRA started and all that stuff. I guess it's about time I grew up, huh? I just was bursting to put down what's been going on because I am just so excited!
