Devils Food cake mixed with a little bit of dark chocolate sauce crumbled and rolled up inside chocolate flour tortillas. Topped with strawberry 'enchilada' sauce and shredded marshmallow fondant 'cheese'. Garnish is marshmallow 'sour' cream, marshmallow cream 'guacamole' with diced gumdrop onions and tomatoes, and nutella and chocolate covered peanut 'refried beans'.
I had WAY too much fun making this! Now I just hope everyone at work likes it. It passed Ken's taste test, so I think I'll be ok. :) Heck, even if no one eats it, I'll just be glad if it fools them! *LOL*
