Once again, Flight is a marvelous, gloriously beautiful collection of short stories in comic format. From a story of a girl setting off into the world on a bizarre mission, to a tale of a young man debating leaving a seemingly outdated profession, to a simple tale of a girl at summer camp...these stories are both visually amazing, and moving in a intimate, personal way. My favorite is the sad story The Forever Box by Sarah Mensinga, about a sister left behind, who mourns her brothers loss in a strange and heartbreaking manner. Suitable for all ages, this collection is most at home in the adult section of the library, but can be shared with anyone who loves graphic novels for art and story.
